27 years ago, Danita responded to God's call and moved to Haiti with limited support and lots of questions. Her defining moment came after witnessing impoverished and abused children just trying to find their next meal in the trash. It was at that moment she knew God had called her to be His love to these children. That was the beginning of Danita's Children.
Today, Danita's Children provides a loving home to 57 children, a school to 350 students, a church and a pediatric medical center serving the entire region.
It is truly an honor to have Danita join us as our Keynote Speaker at Celebration of Nations 2026!
